Football Beanie Pattern

I'm sorry to have to post this. Unfortunately, there are too many people using my pattern to make money online when I specifically stated do not sell my pattern or items made with my pattern online. (I stated finished items may NOT be sold online...and I have seen exact copies everywhere online!) So, I regret to take this down from my blog, but it just irks me to no end that people will be so dishonorable. I had been making this hat for a few years and never once saw something online like it. That is why I decided to add it in the first place. I have, however, decided to sell MY pattern for $1.50 in PDF format on Ravelry.com. Again, I'm sorry to all those who respected my pattern. It's the bad apples that ruin it for everyone else. ~April

I'm new to crocheting, and was wondering what FO meant? Also, any tips for a newbie as to how to change colors?

    Thanks!!

  10. AnaBeatriz, FO means to finish off. There are lots of tips and how to's on crochetpatterncentral.com

I also love to use the info Teresa provides on her site:
    http://crochet-mania.blogspot.com
She even has a section for newbies and provides videos for many of the techniques.

I will try to find more detailed info on the techniques and get back to you, if that's ok.

  38. Thank you for having provide this pattern online some time ago and thankfully I had printed it out. I absolutely love the look and fit of these for both my toddlers (girl and boy). I guess someone that works for TSA loved your patterned football beanie also since they were so inclined to help themselves to my son's hat. My daughter's hat made it home (to her's I added a large flower to the side to give it some feminity). I too have seen a whole lot of this hat on etsy.com and probably other places. I promise that I have not sold this hat nor pattern to anyone! I just made 2 more hats, now I just need to add the lacing to the front. http://pinterest.com/pin/63191200992993740/ and with color variations, http://pinterest.com/pin/63191200992993739/. Thanks again for having shared!
